
Penne with Salmon Perlage
Here is a recipe for salmon penne for 4 people, with the addition of our delicious salmon pearls:
Penne with Salmon Perlage
Ingredients:
- 400g penne
- 200g smoked salmon
- 200ml of cooking cream
- 1 small onion
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 shot of vodka (optional)
- Salt to taste.
- Pepper to taste.
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional)
- 4 tablespoons of Salmon Perlage
Preparation:

Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the penne according to the instructions on the package until al dente.

Preparing the Salmon Sauce:
- While the pasta is cooking, finely chop the onion.
- In a large frying pan, heat extra virgin olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until transparent.
- Cut the smoked salmon into strips and add it to the pan with the onion. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
- If you use vodka, pour it into the pan and let the alcohol evaporate for a couple of minutes.

Combine the cream:
- Add the cooking cream to the salmon and stir well. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Adjust salt and pepper to suit your taste.

Drain the Pasta:
- Drain the penne al dente and transfer them to the pan with the salmon sauce.
- Stir well to mix the pasta with the sauce.

Serve:
- Distribute the salmon penne on plates.
- Add a spoonful of Salmon Perlage on each serving for an elegant and tasty finishing touch.
