Come and learn all about truffles in a special experience that introduces you to their unique, heady characteristics and magnificent habitat!
We offer you the opportunity to discover truffles all year round, thanks to the seasonality of the various species: summer truffle, autumn truffle, and white truffle.
We welcome you for a unique experience in our artisan laboratories, our restaurant with tasting room, and the wonderful truffle grounds of the Langhe and Roero districts. Our staff will accompany you throughout the experience. We speak English, French, German and Spanish.

An introductory truffle experience that initiates you into the finest product of the Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato hills.
We’ll welcome you to our showroom and take you around our kitchens and artisan laboratories, where truffles are sorted, processed, and made into mouth-watering recipes. At the end of the experience, you can explore and taste a rich selection of our truffle specialties, accompanied by a glass of Barbera d’Alba wine, in our large tasting room.

NATURALLY TRUFFLE
Location: indoor + outdoor - comfortable clothing recommended for the truffle hunt
We will welcome you in our show room and accompany you to our kitchens and workshops where the truffle is selected, processed and transformed into tasty recipes.
We will move outside to an evocative didactic truffle ground, immersed in the splendid Roero landscape, where we will meet the truffle hunter and his faithful dog.
We will assist in the search for truffles and discover all the secrets and tricks of this ancient tradition, handed down from generation to generation.
The visit will end in our center with a lavish tasting of our truffle specialties, accompanied by a glass of Nebbiolo d’Alba wine.

An exclusive gourmet day in the world of truffles!
We’ll welcome you to our showroom for an introductory coffee served with ourPiedmont “Trifulot alla nocciola” pastries and guide you around our artisan kitchens, where truffles are sorted, processed, and made into mouth-watering recipes. After the tour of our center, we’ll join our truffle-hunter in a lovely truffle ground in the Roero hills, to learn about the various truffle species and the trees on which they grow best.
Hunting for truffles, under the guidance of the truffle-hunter and his dog’s wonderful sense of smell, we’ll learn all the secrets and tricks of this ancient tradition. After the hunt, we’ll go back to our base for an exclusive lunch featuring our truffle specialties, accompanied by excellent Piedmont wine.
The menu will be personalized and prepared for you by our Chef, with a choice of more traditional dishes or more innovative, contemporary gourmet creations.

BACK TO SCHOOL with our exclusive COOKING CLASS
Our Chef will guide you in preparing a genuine dish from the Piedmont tradition and reveal all the secrets of cooking with truffles.
At the end of the lesson, you’ll enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared.
Every participant will receive a free exclusive Kitchen Kit comprising an apron and truffle slicer signed by Tartuflanghe.
