Tagliolini with squid and pumpkin

"Tagliolini with squid and pumpkin".

Ingredients:
- Tagliolini egg pasta 250g @tartuflanghe
- Pumpkin 300g (already cleaned and cut into cubes)
- 1/2 red onion
- 4 squid
- A drop of white wine
- Chilli a small piece
- Parsley a bunch
- 1 clove garlic
- Oil, salt, pepper

Method:
1. In a pan, sauté oil and onion. Add the sliced pumpkin, salt, pepper, cover with the lid and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
2. Clean the squid and cut them into rings. Cook them in a pan with oil, garlic, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper and a drop of white wine for 15 minutes.
3. Add the squid to the pumpkin sauce and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
4. Finely chop the parsley and add it to the sauce.
5. Cook the tagliolini in lightly salted boiling water.
6. Drain the tagliolini, sauté them in a pan with the squid and pumpkin sauce and serve.
