Here's a simple and tasty recipe for toasted crostini with our butter, anchovy, and summer truffle cream, ideal for 4 people.

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices of baguette or rustic bread
  • Butter and anchovy spread with summer truffle
  • 8 fresh sage leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Procedure:

  1. Bread preparation :

    • Preheat oven to 200°C.
    • Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet and brush them lightly with extra virgin olive oil.
    • Toast the slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, until golden and crispy. You can also toast them on a grill or griddle.
  2. Assembling the croutons :

    • Spread a generous amount of our butter, anchovy and summer truffle spread on each slice of bread.
    • Decorate each crostini with a previously washed and dried sage leaf.

Service:

  • Serve the crostini as soon as they're ready, as an appetizer or aperitif.

Cheers!
