Here's a simple and tasty recipe for toasted crostini with our butter, anchovy, and summer truffle cream, ideal for 4 people.
Ingredients:
- 8 slices of baguette or rustic bread
- Butter and anchovy spread with summer truffle
- 8 fresh sage leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
Procedure:

Bread preparation :
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet and brush them lightly with extra virgin olive oil.
- Toast the slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, until golden and crispy. You can also toast them on a grill or griddle.

Assembling the croutons :
- Spread a generous amount of our butter, anchovy and summer truffle spread on each slice of bread.
- Decorate each crostini with a previously washed and dried sage leaf.
