Club Sandwich with egg yolk cream and white truffle
Here's a recipe for making a great classic club sandwich using our Egg Yolk and White Truffle Cream :
Ingredients:
- 3 slices of white sandwich bread
- 2 slices of bacon
- 1 small chicken breast
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 1 small tomato
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- Egg yolk and white truffle cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil
Procedure:

Chicken preparation :
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
- Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and cook the chicken breast until golden brown and cooked through in the center, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Let it cool slightly, then cut the chicken breast into thin slices.

Preparing the bacon :
- In a clean skillet, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Preparation of the other ingredients :
- Wash and dry the lettuce leaf.
- Wash the tomato and cut it into thin slices.
- Peel the hard-boiled egg and cut it into slices.

Toasting the bread :
- Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a grill until golden brown.

Assembling the club sandwich :
- Spread a layer of Egg Yolk and White Truffle Cream on a slice of toasted bread.
- Add the lettuce leaf, a few slices of tomato and a few slices of chicken.
- Cover with a second slice of toasted bread spread with egg yolk and white truffle spread.
- Add the two slices of crispy bacon and a few slices of hard-boiled egg.
- Finish with the last slice of toasted bread with the egg yolk and white truffle cream.

Cutting and serving :
- Cut the sandwich in half diagonally to form two triangles.
Service:
- Serve immediately, perhaps with a side of fries or a light salad.
