Salmon Penne with Salmon Perlage
Here's the recipe for salmon penne for 4 people, with the addition of our delicious salmon pearls:
Salmon Penne with Salmon Perlage
Ingredients:
- 400g of penne
- 200g smoked salmon
- 200ml of cooking cream
- 1 small onion
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 shot of vodka (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional)
- 4 tablespoons of salmon perlage
Preparation:

Cooking the Pasta:
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the penne according to the package instructions, until al dente.

Prepare the Salmon Sauce:
- While the pasta is cooking, finely chop the onion.
- In a large skillet, heat the extra virgin olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and fry until transparent.
- Cut the smoked salmon into strips and add it to the pan with the onion. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
- If using vodka, pour it into the pan and let the alcohol evaporate for a couple of minutes.

Add the cream:
- Add the cream to the salmon and stir well. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the Pasta:
- Drain the penne al dente and transfer them to the pan with the salmon sauce.
- Mix well to combine the pasta with the sauce.

Serve:
- Distribute the salmon penne on the plates.
- Add a spoonful of Salmon Perlage to each serving for an elegant and tasty finishing touch.
