This Tartufissima offers a tasty combination of two symbols of our land: the truffle and the porcini mushroom.
Artisanal pasta, skeined and packaged by hand. Bronze-extruded, rolled, and knife-cut: all these steps ensure a particularly elastic consistency and excellent cooking resistance.
Chef's tip : Cook the tagliolini in 2 liters of boiling salted water for about 3-4 minutes. Drain al dente and toss in a pan with a knob of melted butter, olive oil, or your favorite sauce. Serve the pasta piping hot, sprinkled with grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Serves 4.
