Egg tagliolini are produced in our pasta factory using artisanal methods, skeined and packaged by hand. Our pasta is bronze-extruded, laminated, and knife-cut: all these steps ensure a particularly elastic consistency and excellent cooking resistance.
Excellent sautéed with melted butter and a few fresh sage leaves, or paired with Tartuflanghe condiments: "Bouquet" truffle butter, Porcini Mushroom and Truffle Cream, or "Oro in Cucina" extra virgin olive oil with white truffle. This paste is ideal for showcasing fresh truffles.
Chef's tip : Cook the tagliolini in 2 liters of boiling salted water for about 3-4 minutes. Drain al dente and toss in a pan with a knob of melted butter, or season with olive oil or tomato sauce, if desired. Serve the pasta piping hot, sprinkled with grated cheese.
