Our egg tagliatelle with truffle are artisanally produced in our pasta factory. They are skeined and packaged by hand after a slow drying process. Our pasta is bronze-extruded, rolled, and hand-cut: all these steps ensure a particularly elastic texture and excellent cooking resistance.
Chef's tip : Excellent sautéed with melted butter and a few fresh sage leaves, or paired with Tartuflanghe condiments: "Bouquet" butter with truffle, Porcini Mushroom Sauce, Porcini Mushroom and Truffle Cream, "Oro in Cucina" extra virgin olive oil with white truffle. Cooking time: 4-5 minutes.
