The "basic" version of carbonara, with 20% egg yolk and cheeses.
Produced without added milk or cream.

How to use:

Add to the pasta and stir. This base allows you to create your own favorite version of Carbonara: classic with the addition of crispy guanciale, seafood with fish and shellfish, or with vegetables.

It can be kept warm during serving without the egg curdling.

Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate at +4°C and consume within 7 days.
