With 30% pork cheek, 20% egg yolk, and cheese. Made with free-range eggs and strictly without added milk or cream.

How to use:

A sauce for spaghetti, short pasta, and gnocchi. Serve directly over the pasta without adding the cooking water.

Ideal recipe for 4 servings.
