Food specialty based on salmon pearls.

Excellent for garnishing sushi, sashimi, tartare, carpaccio, meat and fish fillets, tapas and for flavouring pasta, sauces, gravies, vegetables, pizza and focaccia.

Store at room temperature until opened. We recommend 1 teaspoon per serving. With 200g of product, >60 servings.

Ingredients and allergens: Water, salmon concentrate (water, salmon 33%, preservative: E211), salt, thickener: E401, flavor enhancer: E621, cod liver oil, flavorings, acidifier: E330, colors: E120, E160c. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 30 days.
