Italian extra virgin olive oil with golden-green highlights and a delicate, fruity flavor, with slices of freeze-dried Italian white truffle clearly visible in the bottle. Excellent as a garnish on hot and cold dishes: pasta, meat, fish, eggs, risotto, salads, vegetables, and fresh cheeses.

Recommended dose: 1/2 teaspoon as a finishing touch, 1 teaspoon as a drizzle.
