We select the best of our local harvest daily, from our hunters and our own truffle grounds in the hills of Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato. We clean, inspect, and classify it based on its aesthetic and sensory characteristics.How does the order work?
The minimum order weight is 100g (a plate portion is approximately 10g).
It is possible to order multiples of 100g.
Depending on harvest availability, you may receive one to three truffles. After selection, the truffles are prepared in special containers with ice.

We ship your order by express courier.
Our product is collected in a fairly limited area. If your order isn't available on the day it's prepared, it will be prioritized the following morning.
