▪ Intense yellow color, thanks to the 39% egg yolk.
▪ With eggs from free-range hens.
▪ Creamy consistency and delicate flavour.

How to use:

Try it on asparagus, as a filling for a truffled version of deviled eggs, as a topping for steak tartare, or in a club sandwich. Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate at 4°C (39°F) and consume within 3-4 days.

Egg yolk 39%, water, butter , Parmigiano Reggiano DOP ( milk , salt, rennet), corn starch, white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 0.8%, salt, pepper, natural flavours.
