The rich and slightly spicy taste of Gorgonzola DOP,
combined with the intense aroma of truffle.

How to use:

Ideal for seasoning short pasta, gnocchi, ravioli, tortelli,
risottos, for glazing vegetables and filling crêpes and vol-au-vents.

Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate at 4°C and consume within 7 days.

Gorgonzola DOP cheese ( milk , salt, rennet) 32%, cream , water, corn starch, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1%, salt, natural flavouring.
