Our contemporary version of the famous Italian sauce: the guanciale is replaced by Italian summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.).
▪ With 20% eggs, exclusively from free-range hens.
▪ With Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and Pecorino Romano DOP, without added cream or milk.
▪ First Carbonara sauce with a long shelf life, creamy like homemade.
How to use:
▪ Pour directly onto the pasta, without adding cooking water.
▪ 40g of sauce season 80g of pasta.
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate at 4°C and consume within 7 days.
