Our hazelnuts are harvested, selected, and inspected by hand. Grown on the hills of Alta Langa, they are considered the world's best hazelnut for pastry making, thanks to their distinctive flavor and unmistakable aroma.

This soft white praline, with its crunchy wafer, is perfect as an accompaniment to coffee, cappuccino or black tea.
