Our contemporary version of the famous Italian sauce: the guanciale is replaced by Italian summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.).

▪ With 20% eggs.
▪ With Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and Pecorino Romano DOP, without added cream or milk.
▪ A long-life Carbonara sauce, creamy like homemade.

How to use:

Pour directly onto the pasta, without adding water
cooking.
Recipe for 4 servings.

Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate at 4°C and consume within 7 days.
