Tartuflanghe, Truffles Go POP - February 12, 2021
The Langhe hills aren't just made of vineyards. A UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2014, a land with a wide variety of uses, from honey to hazelnuts, from cheeses to meats, the Langhe are celebrated worldwide for the wines they produce. So prized that they're called the diamond of the earth , truffles have found a popular dimension, thanks to the exuberant innovations of a company that has made them its foundation.
